Firm quotes. Clear tiers. No lock-in.
Three offerings, each quoted to your brief. The tiers below set out exactly what you get at each level. What they cost depends on scope, integrations and hardware, so we price your actual project rather than a hypothetical one.

1. Development: quoted to your brief
Web, platform, software and custom builds across all modern tech stacks plus low-code / no-code platforms. We work to multiple budgets, from a startup MVP to enterprise systems, so Development is priced per project rather than as a fixed tier.
What changes the number: scope and feature count, integrations, design depth, tech stack, timeline, and ongoing support or maintenance.
How it works
- Describe your project (5 minutes, anonymous is fine).
- We scope it and send a written quote with options for different budgets.
- You approve, we build, you track progress.
2. AI Operating Systems: Basic / Standard / Advanced
One system that integrates your company's different needs, instead of a stack of disconnected tools. Model-agnostic by design: swap or upgrade the underlying AI at any time, with no lock-in to any single LLM or vendor.
Each tier is a one-time build plus a monthly platform fee, quoted to your brief. What you pay depends on how many functions you integrate and how much automation you need.
| Feature | Basic | Standard | Advanced |
|---|---|---|---|
| Integrated business functions | 1–2 (e.g. CRM + tasks) | Up to 5 (CRM, projects, finance, docs, comms) | Unlimited + custom modules |
| Workspaces / teams | Single | Multiple | Unlimited, multi-entity |
| AI assistant | Model-agnostic, included | Model-agnostic, included | Model-agnostic, included |
| Automations & workflows | Basic | Advanced | Advanced + custom logic |
| Access control | Standard roles | Role-based (RBAC) | RBAC + SSO |
| Environment | Shared, secure | Shared, secure | Dedicated environment |
| Onboarding | Guided | Guided + training | White-glove + dedicated manager |
| Support | Priority | Priority + SLA | |
| Run on your own Local LLM | Not included | Optional | Included-ready |
Choosing a tier
- Basic — get one or two core functions into a single AI-powered system, fast.
- Standard — run most of the business in one place with real automation.
- Advanced — a tailored operating system with custom modules, SSO and an SLA.
Vendor-agnostic. Your data and workflows stay portable: change the AI model without rebuilding the system.
3. Local LLM Setups: on-premise hardware tiers
Powerful AI models running 24/7, fully private, on hardware you own. Sensitive data never leaves your premises and is never shared with third parties. Each tier is a one-time hardware + setup cost with optional managed support, quoted to your brief. Tiers differ by the size and number of models they can run.
| Feature | Essential | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Model size class | Small–mid (~8–13B) | Mid–large (~70B) | Largest (100B+), concurrent |
| GPU configuration | Single GPU (~24 GB VRAM) | Multi-GPU (~96–160 GB VRAM) | Server-grade multi-GPU (~320 GB+ VRAM) |
| Best for | One team / private assistant | Department- or company-wide use | Org-wide, high concurrency |
| Uptime | Business hours+ | 24/7 | 24/7 with redundancy |
| Privacy | Fully on-premise | Fully on-premise | Fully on-premise |
| Setup & config | Included | Included | Included + tuning |
| Pairs with AI Operating System | Yes | Yes | Yes |
What changes the number: chosen model(s), GPU / VRAM and storage, concurrency, networking, and whether you add managed support.

Pricing FAQ
- How is billing structured?
- Development is quoted per project (typically milestone-based). AI Operating Systems combine a one-time build with a monthly platform fee. Local LLM is a one-time hardware + setup cost, with optional monthly managed support. Every figure is confirmed in your written quote before any commitment.
- What currency and payment terms do you use?
- We quote in USD or ZAR, tell us which you prefer and we'll price in it. We work with clients globally and remotely from South Africa (GMT+2). Specific payment terms are set out in your quote.
- Why is Development “request a quote” instead of a tier?
- Custom builds vary too much to fit a fixed price honestly. We scope your brief and give you options across budgets, startup to enterprise, rather than a one-size number.
- Can I upgrade tiers later?
- Yes. AI Operating Systems can move up tiers and add integrated functions as you grow. Local LLM setups can be expanded with additional GPUs / hardware. We scope upgrades against your existing setup so you only pay the difference in work.
- Why aren't prices listed?
- Because any number we published would be wrong for most projects. Scope, integrations, hardware and support level move the figure far enough that a list price would mislead more often than it helped. Send a brief and you get a real number instead of a range.
- Do I need an account to get a quote?
- No. Send a brief with your name, email and a description of the project, and we reply by email.
- Is there lock-in?
- No. AI Operating Systems are model-agnostic: swap the underlying AI without rebuilding. Local LLM setups run on hardware you own and keep.
