DigiMount
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DigiMount website and any quote requests and contact submissions made through it. By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These Terms cover use of the website itself. Any paid engagement or project is governed by a separate written agreement between you and DigiMount, which takes precedence over these Terms for that work.
About these terms
The website is operated by Digimount (“DigiMount”, “we”, “us”). We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, or impersonate another person or organisation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by automated scraping, overwhelming requests, or bypassing security or rate-limiting controls.
- Upload anything malicious or that infringes the rights of others.
Quote requests and submissions
When you submit a quote request or contact message, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Submitting a request does not create a binding agreement or guarantee that we will take on the work. Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information given and is not an offer until confirmed in a written agreement.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, logos, and graphics, are owned by DigiMount or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute its content without our permission, except as allowed by law. Ownership of work delivered under a paid engagement is set out in the relevant project agreement.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and these Terms do not apply to them. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep it accurate, secure, and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the site is for general purposes and is not professional advice for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiMount is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the relevant project agreement.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the site. By using the site, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless a separate project agreement states otherwise.
